What is your experience as a copywriter?
A: I’ve been a freelance copywriter for about 4 years, writing various types of copy – primarily sales pages, promotional emails, social media posts, blog posts and press releases. My experience working with marketing agencies has led me to write for multiple audiences in different niches, from tech and sports to luxury and personal development.
Any other experience?
A: My role as the Head of Growth Strategy for Road To Gold (an online sports program) also means I have a good idea of how all the marketing puzzle pieces fit together. Whatever copy I produce, each has the Ultimate Goal in mind: to sell more of your product or service.
What is your process for creating content?
A: A common misconception is that copywriting is about writing when 80% of it is really RESEARCH. Before writing anything, I learn everything I can about the target audience, through a combination of…
- online research – social media & review sites are a gold mine for understanding the market’s wants/needs/fears etc, as well as discovering the specific language they use
- asking – where possible, I interview the customer to learn what they care about (surveys can be a powerful alternative – when done correctly)
Once I have all the necessary building blocks, it’s just a matter of putting them together in a way that entertains the prospect (keeping them on your page) and persuades them that your offer was made for them (turning them into a devoted, life-long customer).
What is your payment structure?
A: I charge either a flat rate per project or my day rate, whichever works best for you. Before we begin I'll provide a detailed quote, so there are no surprises.
How quickly can you turn around content?
A: I pride myself on being able to meet tight deadlines. For most projects, I can deliver within 5-7 business days. Need it sooner? Let's chat about your deadline, and I'll see if I can squeeze in some extra keyboard time.
What happens if I am unhappy with the content?
A: Your satisfaction is my top priority. If the content isn't hitting the mark, I offer two rounds of revisions free of charge. Together, we'll polish it until it shines.

What kind of content do you specialise in?
A: As a word-wrangling chameleon, I adapt my writing to fit various content types. My specialties include web copy, blog posts, email campaigns, and social media content. However, the specific type of content is not as important as the research that goes into it. When that side is handled properly, the content will speak to the desires, fears, and wishes of your target audience. Whatever your needs, I've got the words to make it happen.
How often do you communicate with your clients?
A: I’m all about open, regular communication. We’ll check in at key project milestones to make sure we’re on the same page, and you're always welcome to drop me a line if you have questions or need an update.
